Refund policy

If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person immediately.

Damages and incorrect products

  • If the parcel is intact, accept it and record unboxing video.  If you detect any error please email the unboxing video at aboli@abolijewelry.com mentioning your Order ID.
  • You need to record a 360° uncut, unedited unboxing video in clear light to be eligible for refunds should you receive damaged and incorrect product(s). The unboxing video must begin from showing the outermost untorn shipping slip and tapes. The video is to be emailed to aboli@abolijewelry.com within 24 hours of delivery of shipment time as mentioned by courier partners.
  • After reviewing the video we will personally ensure to come to a satisfied resolution.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the different item that ordered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
  • Each item is thoroughly inspected, checked before packaging for shipping.
  • Due to human error, should there be any wrong item sent, we will require the full 360° clear unpacking video as a proof to initiate refund. Without the video no request of refunds will be entertained.
  • Returns are not eligible for earrings, nose rings, nose pins, earring studs, personalized and customized products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Incorrect/ incomplete/ not found address/ unaccepted/ unclaimed packages will not be eligible for refunds/ returns whatsoever the reason.
  • Refunds are not done for any RTO (return to origin) packages.
  • Please read the product descriptions before ordering. Returns are not entertained for change of mind, placing order without fully reading the product specifications like size, colour, material and all other details.
  • Buyer must have/obtain prior knowledge about using (to be) purchased products/supplies before purchasing. Lack of knowledge/ skill/inability to use/ operate any product purchased from this website, will not be considered as a reason for return and refund.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • No refunds will be done if you send (ship back) any products used or unused for whatsoever reason(s).
  • We do not buy back our already sold products. 
  • We do not accept returns on discount sale items, seconds or gift cards or the free gifts if added to the order.

Exchanges

Once sold, the order is final and products can not be exchanged for money/ other items/ any other manner.

Refunds

  • For authentically initiated refunded orders; items are to be sent within one day after receiving with original packaging, labels, tags, free gifts via reliable carriers who provide tracking to qualify for refund. Incorrect item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. 
  • The buyer will solely bear all the return shipping costs, taxes, duties, handling charges etc. of returning the item(s). Refunds will not be possible if the item(s) is altered in any ways. Please mention 'return product' on the package.
  • If returned product (s) were handled and used in any manner, 50% amount of the product invoice price will be deducted from the refund. Furthermore, 2% the restocking fees will be calculated and applied upon receiving and inspecting the return(s) which are unused.
  • Swiggy, Porter, Dunzo etc are not our choices for shipping. They are not covered under our return and refund policies. Hence any order shipped by these means are fully customers responsibility and we will not refund any amount if the parcel is lost.
  • It is not mandatory for courier companies to call before delivery. It is customer's responsibility to be available at the given address to accept the package at the time of delivery. Refund requests will not be entertained if the delivery was attempted and customer was not present at the address provided and/ or not reachable.
  • Should the unclaimed and (RTO) returned parcel is to be reshipped, buyer will need to pay the shipping charges in full whatever amount will be calculated at the time of rebooking in addition to the RTO charges which were paid by us.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
