  • Aboli is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame.
  • We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. We reserve the right to choose suitable logistic service depending upon your address.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Speed post. Shipping by Post depends upon our area's restrictions related to pandemic/ weather/ transport etc. 

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units? 

Within India:

  • Shipping overage if any will be refunded.
  • The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
  • Our product prices are all inclusive except shipping (+ taxes). All taxes (GST) are included with the product prices when the order is placed within India.
  • Swiggy, Porter, Dunzo etc are not our choices for shipping. They are not covered under our return and refund policies. Hence any order shipped by these means (by customer request) are fully customers responsibility and we will not refund any amount if the parcel is lost.

  • While www.shopjewelrysupplies.com will make every effort to assist in locating any delayed or lost international packages, please note that www.shopjewelrysupplies.com cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services and no refunds will be made.

How to add more products to an already placed order?

  • For less than 3 additional products, please email with the product SKU along with the quantity needed of each and the products will be added to your order. You will receive an email with updated invoice. After paying for the same your order will be processed. The processing time will start after the modified invoice payment day.
  • For more than 3 products to be added, kindly place a new order. The orders will be combined and shipped in single shipment. The delivery charges paid (for the second or more to be combined orders) will be calculated for additional weight and the overage will be refunded.
  • The processing time will start according to the most recent order.

{ Currently disabled } Can you hold the shipping? I am planning to place multiple orders/ I don't want immediate shipping. 

  • How it works:

    • Fill the cart as usual. 
    • When selecting the shipping option, choose “DON'T SHIP”.
    • Complete the purchase.
    • Repeat above steps for each order you place thereafter.
    • Email and request for shipping once decided. 
    • Final shipping charges invoice will be emailed which is to be pain within 24 hours of receiving email.
    • Minimum ₹ 85 for standard shipping in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
    • Minimum ₹ 90 standard shipping in India except Maharashtra and Gujarat.
    • ₹ 150 express in India except Maharashtra and Gujarat.
    • After final shipping charges are fully paid, single parcel containing all the orders will be shipped.
    • No order will be cancelled, refunded partially or fully for any reasons.
    • If the final shipping charges are not paid within 24 hours of receiving the shipping charges email, order will be archived and NO REFUND WILL BE DONE.

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

  • Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the later delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  • Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 working days after shipping within India.
  • International delivery time varies and depends upon many factors explained above.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

  • If you receive the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person immediately.
  • You need to record a 360° uncut, unedited unboxing video in clear light to be eligible for refunds should you receive damaged and incorrect product(s). The unboxing video must begin from showing the outermost untorn shipping slip and tapes. The video is to be emailed within 24 hours of delivery of shipment time as mentioned by courier partners.
  • Please email us at aboli@abolijewelry.com mentioning your Order ID along with the full-length video.
  • After reviewing the video Aboli will personally ensure to come to a satisfied resolution.
  • Returns are not eligible for earrings, personalized and customized products.

Shipping to the USA and Canada (currently paused):

Processing Time

  • Ships within 7 business days after receiving full payment.

  • Any shipping delays beyond the processing time will be notified via email.

  • Ships via India Post. We reserve the right to choose suitable logistic service from time to time.

  • Signature required upon delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import duties, VAT, handling fees, octroi, etc.

  • No shipping to PO Boxes or AFP addresses.

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the system (only product weight is considered) It may differ from the actual shipping cost (where the volumetric weight of the shipment is considered.)
  • If the actual shipping charges are higher than the charges paid at the time of placing order, the parcel will be dispatched only after the difference is received fully.

Estimated Delivery Time

    • United States: 2-6 weeks

    • Canada: 2-6 weeks

General Policies:

  • Order will be processed after receiving full payment in advance.
  •  I have decided to PAUSE shipping to the USA and Canada as current global political influence is out of our control. All international buyers if pay via Paypal, the exchange rate is extra.
  • All orders are FINAL and are NOT returnable and refundable. Please read the product descriptions before ordering. Returns, order cancellations, refunds are not entertained for change of mind, product size, colour, material and all other product specifications including incorrect item(s) ordered.
  • After payment confirmation, minimum 5 business days are required to hand over the package to the logistics.
  • You will receive an email/ WhatsApp message of shipping notification with the tracking number of your package. Check your spam folder as well for the shipping email.
  • Please take time to click on the link and track your package at your convenience anytime.
  • A caring reminder that buyers are responsible for shipping charges and their respective custom duties, taxes etc.
  • Incorrect/ incomplete/ not found address/ unclaimed packages/RTO will not be eligible for any refunds/ returns. It is recipient's responsibility to contact the logistic service to know the status of shipments marked as 'delivered'. 
  • It is not mandatory for the courier companies to call before delivery. It is customer's responsibility to be available at the given address to accept the package at the time of delivery.
  • All our products are meant to be used for adults only and are not suitable for children.
  • There is no guarantee/warranty for the material/ make/ repair etc.
  • Tarnish resistant property does not give any guarantee of the product as the use depends upon weather, how the product is handled correctly, cared for and body type the product comes in contact with. Products are not waterproof unless mentioned in item title or discerption. As we do not have control on how the products were used, refunds and returns will not be done for the same reason.
  • Customer must have full knowledge of how to handle and work with plated metal. Any lack of knowledge and the damage to purchased products due to the same, will not be considered for refunds or returns,
  • All measurements mentioned are approximate as one is always limited by the precision of the measuring tool used. You need to use the conversion formula suitable for you to identify the measurements of said product (s).
  • To save on packaging charges, multiple units of same/similar product will be packed in single packing pouch.
  • From time to time we reuse, repurpose packaging material (cardboard box, tapes, bubble wrap, honeycomb paper wrap, kraft papers, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to cancel the order partially or fully either for non-payment or non-availability/ low stock of the item(s) ordered. We can discuss about alternative items if you consider.
  • Prices and policies are subject to change without any prior notice. However, the price(s) will remain unchanged in your invoice if we have received your payment before the change.
  • We reserve the right to deny/ cancel any further orders placed by a person who has previous unpaid, pending orders without any communication & explanation.
